Studies on Micropropagation and Molecular Analysis of Jatropha curcas Provenances
    (2012-05-02T09:45:03Z) Singh, Sweta
In this study, RAPD and AFLP markers were applied for the first time as a tool for the assessment of somaclonal variation in the in vitro micropropagated shoot in different genotypes/provenances of J. curcas. This will not only allow advocating for how long the cultures can be safely maintained but also detect and separate the possible cross contamination of culture from different genotype.
